Property & Wines
Our 35 acre property property features over 15 acres of restored native Wildflower Meadow and Woods, Pollinator Flower Fields, and working Vineyards that produce four varietals of international award winning sustainable wines. Our wines are 100% estate grown on our property and utilize a flock of sheep that breaks traditional dependency on glyphosate and other dangerous but common agricultural chemicals. Our property now spans two family generations.

Menu of Wines
We offer four international award-winning wines that range from the dry to semi sweet. Each one is 100% grown on the property and harvested by hand and all have received medals at the Fingerlakes International Wine Competition in New York. They are all limited edition.
Our Trusted Flock
We don’t use harsh chemicals like Glyphosate in our Vineyards. Instead we opt for the expert instincts of Katadin Sheep. Each Spring we move them via horseback from the Upper Vineyards to our Lower Vineyards during the Running of the Sheep. We also have Owl habitat boxes to encourage predator birds to watch our Vineyards to reduce vole damage to the root systems of our Vines.
Around the Property
Our property features over 2000 non-gmo French-Hybrid vines, Wildflower and Pollinator Meadows, 1880s Farmhouse, and reclaimed Greenhouses. We take great care and pride to maintain the biodiversity of our valley and share it with our wonderful flock of Sheep and their frequent visitors Deer, Raccoon, Red Fox, Blue Heron, Bald Eagle, Owls and more.
Our History
We’re constantly evolving and have deep roots in the plant industry since 1974. Our story started as a tree nursery and now spans two family generations. We were recognized as one of the top independent garden centers in the country before phasing out our tree fields and evolving to grow sustainable international award winning wines all here on the property.
